What happens for each order:

  1. G01 Confirmed We confirm your order and size.
  2. G02 In production In stock bikes are already built.
  3. G03 QC & pack We test your bike and pack it.
  4. G04 In transit (if required) Your bike travels to the the destination country.
  5. G05 Customs clearance (if required) Your bike clears customs on the way.
  6. G06 Last mile A local courier brings it to you.
  7. G07 At your door Your bike arrives, ready to set up.

This is Quick Ship: in stock and ships from our US warehouses — no customs clearance needed to US addresses. No international transit. The shortest road to your door. Browse the Quick Ship shelf.

Skips G04 In Transit and G05 Customs Clearance — the bike is already in the US.

In factory stock

Built, tested, and ready at our factory. Ships fast and travels the full road: international transit, customs clearance, then the last mile.

Starts at G03 QC & Pack. Travels the full road.

Typical window: 15-20 business days

Made to order

We build it for you from the start — your size, your spec, your paint. Then it travels the full road.

Starts at G02 In Production. Custom Paint adds steps — see below.

Custom paint

Every Custom Paint order runs its own mini-timetable inside G02 IN PRODUCTION before it rejoins the main road.

  1. C01 Design confirmed Our paint studio agrees the final design with you before any paint is mixed.
  2. C02 Hand painted Your frame is painted by hand.
  3. C03 Real photos & your approval We send real photos by request — it ships after you say yes.

APPROVED → JOINS THE ROAD AT G03 QC & PACK

Any Custom Paint or configurator build is always made to order, even when the base bike is in stock.
