Welcome to our website. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and take effect when posted. The Terms in force at the time your order is confirmed apply to that order.

2. Products and Availability

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify specifications without prior notice.

Product images are for illustration purposes and actual products may vary slightly.

3. Pricing, Duties and Import Taxes

3.1 Currency. Prices are displayed and charged in the currency of the region you are shopping from, as shown at checkout. Orders placed on quickprousa.com are charged in USD. Orders placed on quickproca.com are charged in CAD.

3.2 Price changes. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

3.3 Destinations where duties and import taxes are included. For orders shipped to the destinations listed below, all applicable customs duties and import taxes are prepaid by Quick Pro and are already included in the price shown at checkout. No additional duties, import taxes, or customs brokerage fees will be collected from you at or after delivery.

• North America: United States, Canada, Mexico

• European Union: member states of the European Union (except for remote areas. If you are not sure, please check with our customer service)

3.4 Destinations where duties and import taxes are not included. For orders shipped to any destination not listed in Section 3.3, including but not limited to Norway and Switzerland, prices shown at checkout do not include customs duties, import taxes, or customs brokerage fees. These charges are set by the destination country, are payable by the customer, and are typically collected by the carrier or the customs authority at or before delivery. We are not able to calculate or quote these amounts in advance.

3.5 If you are charged unexpectedly. If your order ships to a destination listed in Section 3.3 and a carrier or customs authority nevertheless invoices you for duties or import taxes on that order, contact us at aftersales@quickprousa.com with a copy of the invoice within 30 days of delivery. We will reimburse you for the amount charged.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Once an order is placed, customers will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order until it has been processed and shipped.

5. Shipping

Shipping times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside of our control.

For the destinations listed in Section 3.3, we ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis and act as importer of record where required. For all other destinations, we ship on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis and the customer is the importer of record.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses. Where a shipment is refused at delivery or returned to us because a customer declined to pay charges that are the customer's responsibility under Section 3.4, any duties, taxes, return freight, and brokerage costs we incur may be deducted from the refund.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy allows for a full refund if a product is returned within 30 days of delivery in unopened and unused condition in its original packaging.

Products that have been opened, used, or returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

For orders shipped to the destinations listed in Section 3.3, duties and import taxes are included in the purchase price and are refunded to you as part of your refund. For orders shipped to the destinations described in Section 3.4, duties and import taxes were paid by you directly to your customs authority and cannot be refunded by us. You may be able to reclaim them from that authority directly.

7. Product Use and Liability

Cycling products involve inherent risks. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation, maintenance, and safe use of all products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

8. Warranty

Product warranties, if applicable, are provided according to the manufacturer's warranty terms. Warranty coverage does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions, is the property of the company and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
