Return and Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The refund policy applies to standard color only. Custom color subject to 50% restocking fee. 

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be in new condition
  • All original packaging, parts, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will provide return instructions

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

  • Full Refund: Items may be returned for a full refund if they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Products that have been opened, used, or returned after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval
