Return and Refund Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The refund policy applies to standard color only. Custom color subject to 50% restocking fee.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be in new condition
- All original packaging, parts, and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Full Refund: Items may be returned for a full refund if they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items: Products that have been opened, used, or returned after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
